Disappointed in the quality

I ordered the Army/Air Force flag. As much as I like supporting a cause, Cmon Y’all, it’s not going to last 2 weeks in Texas sun, wind and rain. It’s a printed piece of material. I replaced Old Glory (embroidered Red, White and Blue) with this. It’ll have to do until I can get a new embroidered one to replace this one next week. I expected a better quality, for the price. I’m NOT just nitpicking, it’s literally printed on a 3x5 piece of material with a thicker spine. The grommets are already starting to show rust.

Hi Eric - I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. I can assure you the flags are manufactured to be flown outdoors while withstanding the elements. I've got dozens of flags flying all over Texas and have received nothing but great feedback on their durability. Yes, the flag is on made of a single piece of material, however it isn't printed. I can get into the geeky details over the process, but, in short, my flags are acid dyed, which is vastly different from a printed flag in terms of UV resistance and fading. Lastly, the grommets are brass and chemically incapable of rusting. If you're seeing something on the grommet it may be transferred from your clips/rings.

Awesome!

Arrived on time pulled it out of the package and the quality of the flag was amazing. I have it hung up in my office!
